New
Year, New Look!
Perhaps you noticed the new look at the top of Quick Connect,
the monthly PSWC update. We also want to introduce you to
the new look for the Pacific Southwest Conference. While the
colorful overlapping circles in our new logo represent the
mosaic of diverse churches comprising the Pacific Southwest
Conference of the Evangelical Covenant Church, you'll also
come to see that these same circles represent areas of PSWC
focus: Strengthening churches. Starting churches. Developing
leaders. Loving mercy, doing justice.

BETTER
TOGETHER
.jpg)
On
Sunday, May 19, six Covenant churches of San Francisco worshipped
jointly at the Bayview Opera House in San Francisco. The
high-energy, multicultural and multigenerational worship
was fitting for celebrating Pentecost Sunday - or any day
in the city.

THE
PSWC: INVESTING IN THE EMOTIONAL HEALTH AND SPIRITUAL GROWTH
OF PASTORS

One
of the missional priorities of the Pacific Southwest Conference
is Pastoral Health and Innovative Capabilities. We live
into this through initiatives that promote emotional health,
spiritual maturity, lifelong learning, and courageous leading.

OKLAHOMA
UPDATE -- Garth Bolinder serves as Superintendent of
the Midsouth Conference, a mission region of the Covenant
Church serving churches in Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico,
Texas and Oklahoma. We received this
letter from Garth today (May 21) with an update on our
sister Covenant churches in the Oklahoma City area. Let's
join them in praying and give generously as God leads.
