Healthy and missional churches require healthy, missional, and thriving leaders who equip and empower those around them to engage communities for transformation and new life. Ministry leadership involves a calling to be creative, innovative, and imaginative. This kind of leadership cannot be disconnected from a dependence on the Holy Spirit and a proactive strategy for spiritual health. As the body of credentialed Covenant ministers serving within this region, the Ministerial Association works in partnership with Conference and denominational leadership. Together we pursue relationships and resources supporting the ongoing discernment of our call, renewing engagement with the Holy Spirit, and strategic planning for lifelong health, growth and leadership development.
Initiatives and Resources
The Ministerial Association exists to support and resource the growing, diverse ministerium of the Pacific Southwest. The initiatives and resources we provide are designed to further the vision of our Conference and denomination through connecting, resourcing, and coaching pastors, leaders, and their families.
All Covenant credentialed ministers serving within the PSWC are members of the PSWC Ministerial Association and required to pay annual dues.
The M.A. Executive Team
The Ministerial Association’s Executive Board serves three-year terms and are voted by election of the Ministerial Association at their Annual Meeting. The M.A. is tasked with the oversight and coordination of the association’s activities and resources.
