Southwest Conference and Vice President of Academic Affairs
at William Jessup University. Following are the first
4 installments of Exploring the Affirmations, a 6-part
series that give insights on the six Covenant Affirmations.

This is a ministry of listening, discernment and prayer in

Pastoral Excellence
Sustaining
Pastoral Excellence (SPE) is a program of the Department of
the Ordered Ministry funded through a Lilly Foundation grant.
It is designed to facilitate vitality, authenticity, growth,
and transformation by supporting Christ-centered patterns
and habits among the pastors and missionaries of the Evangelical
Covenant Church. All elements of the program are designed
to further growth towards excellence in the areas of character,
competence, and constancy.
Funds
are available to aid pastors and missionaries, both as individuals
and as groups. Requests for funding are submitted in a proposal
form as outlined on the SPE web-site. Discover more about
