Pat Stark has served as Associate Superintendent of the Pacific Southwest Conference since 2016 and has overseen PSWC church planting since 2018. Prior to this, he has served in three

unique ECC churches and several unique roles since 1988: historic Seattle First Covenant Church as Youth Pastor, Paradise Covenant Church in Phoenix as Associate and Teaching Pastor, and Genesis Covenant Church, which he planted in Phoenix in 2003. Pat has and MFT from Seattle Pacific University and an M Div from Fuller Theological Seminary. He enjoys cycling with his wife Karen and visiting his three adult children who are scattered across the U.S.
